Incomplete silver denarius of Hadrian (AD 117-138), [HADRIANVS] AVG COS III P P which dates the coin to c.AD 134-138 within his reign, but the reverse is worn and the original surface missing, so it cannot be defined, apart from a central figure standing right with a tall structure to the right, perhaps a parazonium, or perhaps another figure but they are too close together for ADVENTVS AVG type.

Silver Republican denarius with only four letters left on the obverse NIVS and a bare head facing right with curly hair and no beard and a defined angular mark at the base of the neck. So perhaps it is a denarius with the head and legend of Marcus Antonius, or Mark Antony (83-30 BC), but must date from at least the time of the Second Triumvirate with Octavian, established in 43 BC. Small snapped coarse flint or chert blade or bladelet of later Mesolithic date (6000BC - 3500BC). It has been struck from a core and has the generic crested appearance. The blade is snapped and shows no sign of retouch on either tip or long edges. The underside / ventral face shows conchoidal rippling. The blades measure 19.3mm length, 11.5mm width, is 2.5mm thick and weighs 0.53 grams.

A cast copper-alloy buckle frame of Early-Medieval/Anglo-Saxon date. It is oval shaped in form and section with a slightly narrowed and straightened bar. A separately cast copper-alloy pin is preserved, which is oval shaped in section and tapers to a down-turned blunt tip that extends past the outer edge of the frame. The entire object measures 13.97mm in width/height, 8.34mm in length, 2.45mm in thickness, and weighs 1.07g. This buckle is similar in form to Marzinzik's Type I.10d-ii buckle frames (Marzinzik, 2003: pp. 31) and dates to the Early-Medieval period, c. 400-720 AD.

A pyramidal shaped core dating to the Mesolithic period (6500 - 3500 BC). The core is triangular in profile and irregular in plan. A distinct knapping platform is present on the upper edge of the core with areas of multiple blade removals in a single direction around the edge. The small size of this core suggests that it was discarded as waste. There are areas of hinge fracturing near the base. The flint is a light grey colour. The core measures 25.4mm in length, 22.2mm width, is 20.6mm thick and weighs 14.63 grams.

Seven flakes of tertiary debitage (from the third / final phase of tool making) of Neolithic date (3500-2100 BC). The flakes are all struck on poor quality flint which varies in coarseness and colour, all being glacial or riverine derived, some possibly being chert rather than flint. None of the waste flakes have been reworked / retouched to form other artefacts such as scrapers. The dorsal faces of some of the flakes show ridges and flake scars, the reverse faces show conchoidal ripples. The flakes have a bulk weight of 34.67 grams
