A pair of stamped copper-alloy sheet-metal mounts, probably dating from the Late Medieval or post-Medieval periods. The mounts are of very similar appearance, each taking the form of a four-petalled flower head. At the centre is a raised pellet surrounded by four sub-circular petals; a rim of two ridges and an internal groove forms a perimeter border around the mount, with the point of a petal protruding from each of the four external angles.
