Medieval copper alloy barrel tap? the object is 117mm long, 36mm wide and 19mm thick. It is in fair condition and weighs127grams. The object is sub circular in section and sub rectangular in form. Medieval cast copper alloy strap slider, c.1150-1400 AD. The slider consists of a single, trapezoidal loop with a pair of opposed internal triangular projections about a quarter of the way up the sides of the frame. The sides of the frame are rectangular in section apart from the upper edge which has a rounded top. The longest side of the frame (the upper side) is 25.3mm long. It measures 23.2mm long on the bottom edge, 15.1mm wide and 1.9mm thick. It weighs 1.50 grams.

A cast copper-alloy Post-Medieval buckle, 1700-1760.
The buckle is convex and square-framed with a missing crossbar. Corrosion on the inside edge of the frame suggests the crossbar was an axel type inserted through perforations in the frame and made of iron. The outer surface of the buckle has moulded cable-twist decoration.
The buckle frame is distorted, one side of the frame having been bent inward.

A copper alloy seal matrix dating to the 13th/14th centuries. It is an example of a vesica shape with a cast integral circular loop on the reverse. Around the perimeter of the object, enclosed inside in an incised border, is an inscription that reads +SIGILVM ADAM FEVIR (Seal of Adam Feaver). The As are unbarred. In the centre of the object is incised decoration depicting a hammer and anvil. The metal is green in colour and the object is well preserved. It weighs 7.8g and measures 27.74mm in length, 18.73mm in width and 3.47mm in thickness.

A fragment of Roman (AD 43-410) ceramic building material in the form of a box flue tile, measuring 58.90x44.92x16.99mm and weighing 52.84g.
The fabric is sandy and oxidised, and the decoration comprises either combed or rolled lines in a roughly circular shape. The grooves are 1-2mm wide and there are nine grooves in a group. An additional double groove runs across the centre. A small part of the original edge survives on one edge of the fragment.

A cast copper-alloy Medieval buckle, 1350-1500.
The buckle is double-looped, with two D-shapes back-to-back and sharing a central crossbar. The outer frames are decorated with moulded lines across the frame. One frame is complete, but the other has been substantially damaged and is missing. The pin is also missing.

An incomplete Medieval suspension unit from lamp or censer, with the remains the three arms with looped ends and a central vertical arm with large suspension-loop. There is also a pierced lug at base. Similar examples are illustrated in Egan 'The Medieval Household' (1998, 131; 356-357) and on this database, NMS-D52F77 and NMS-24AC54.
The unit is 25.5mm long from the lug at the base to the end of the larger susspension arm. It weighs 16.64 grams.

A copper-alloy openwork fragment, probably from a harness pendant (previously recorded as a furniture mount). The pierced plate might have originally been circular.
