A copper-alloy fragment of what may be a Roman bracelet. The fragment is part of a band of copper-alloy, slightly curved. There is an irregular groove running down the centre of the inside although it does not reach to the ends of the strip. There is a slight lip on part of the outside of the fragment. The piece measures 45.7 mm long, 4.04 mm wide, 1.65 mm thick and weighs 1.4 grams. It has a dark green patina.

A cast copper alloy Roman knee brooch dating from 150 - 250 AD. The brooch has a convex bow, wide at the top and tapering to the foot which is a half round disc which juts forwards. Part of the catchplate survives behind. The head is tubular wings holding a copper alloy axis bar and with a slot for the missing pin. Above is an integral head loop. The reverse of the bow is hollow. Compare 1242 and 478 on page 335 of Hattatt.

A fragment of a copper alloy Roman brooch, a Headstud variant - Thealby type dating from 100 - 200 AD. The fragment consists of the head, the wings, and the tubular hinge mechanism. The upper bow has a concave surface with raised edges which continue to the top of the brooch. The wings have four vertical ridges on either side. A complete cast copper-alloy cosmetic pestle of probable Romano-British date. It is curved in form, oval shaped in section expanding towards a rounded tip. At the opposite end is an integrally cast circular loop with grooved collar and central circular aperture. There appears to be no evidence for decoration and the entire object has a mid green patina. It measures 50.65mm in length, 6.50mm in width, 6.19mm in thickness (10.75mm in thickness/height at suspension loop) and 8.90g in weight. Two large joining body fragments of a Roman mortarium, probably dating from the late 2nd or 3rd century AD. The mortarium was probably locally made from reddish sandy fabric with quartzite inclusions. While the outside of the sherds is very smooth, the inside is gritty which is typical for all mortaria (Roman household mixing bowls). The characteristic rim is missing which makes it difficult to identify a sub-type for this vessel.

A Roman (AD 50-150) cast copper alloy Dolphin (or Colchester Derivative) brooch with spring mechanism. Five turns of the spring mechanism are present on either side of the head lug. The pin in missing. The wings are D-shaped in cross-section and span 30.6mm. To the reverse is a double-pierced lug for the cord and axis bar. The bow is triangular in cross-section and extends from above the wings, creating a subtle but characteristic 'dolphin hump'. The bow tapers to a point. The catchplate is missing. A Roman cast copper alloy figurine, in the shape of a bird. The figurine appears to have broken off from a much larger object as a stump of copper alloy projects from the upside of the bird's stomach. The birds itself looks like an egal or dove. It has its wings out stretched - the wing span measures 33.1mm. From head to tail the bird measures 31.1mm.
