A Roman cast copper alloy figurine, in the shape of a bird. The figurine appears to have broken off from a much larger object as a stump of copper alloy projects from the upside of the bird's stomach. The birds itself looks like an egal or dove. It has its wings out stretched - the wing span measures 33.1mm. From head to tail the bird measures 31.1mm. Feather detail can be seen on the bird's wings and tail and two engraved rings indicate the eyes. The bird's beck has been broken slightly, resulting in the loss of the tip. A copper-alloy fragment of what may be a Roman bracelet. The fragment is part of a band of copper-alloy, slightly curved. There is an irregular groove running down the centre of the inside although it does not reach to the ends of the strip. There is a slight lip on part of the outside of the fragment. The piece measures 45.7 mm long, 4.04 mm wide, 1.65 mm thick and weighs 1.4 grams. It has a dark green patina.
