A cast copper alloy openwork mount relating to sword belts. This is one of a pair, its opposite having a hook. When turned on its side, the moon has a face, facing towards the star. The main frame is circular with a six pointed star ovelapping the lower edge of the frame. A circular suspension loop extends from the part of the upper frame. The copper alloy is a degraded lightgreen colour with some reddish-brown patches. The reverse has two prongs, both of which are broken close to the base.
