Silvered copper alloy pressed and stamped three-part hollow domed button with separate soldered circular attachment loop. The button has eight raised pyramidal turrets, each surrounded by a circle of rays, with one in the centre and seven around it in a circle. The back is made of another pressed sheet circle with the attachment loop in the centre. Bailey (2004) illustrates a similar pattern on a cut steel button on page 65, Fig.9.184, which is dated to the 18th century, but the way the button has been made suggests it is more likely 19th century in date. A complete leg from a cast copper-alloy cooking vessel of post-medieval date. A significant part of the vessel's body is attached to the top of the leg. The leg's cross-section is D-shaped, with a flat undecorated reverse and a curving front moulded with six approximately equal longitudinal ribs. The leg gradually tapers to the foot, until near the foot there appears to be heat erosion causing the leg to narrow to a point. A complete Medieval cast copper-alloy harness pendant with part of a suspension mount (c. 1200-c. 1400). The body of the pendant is slightly misshapen but was originally flat and square in plan. It has a suspension loop turned through 90° to the body which is centrally placed along the top edge. The shaft of the loop is rectangular in cross-section and each side of the loop is flat. A complete sheet copper-alloy hilt-plate from a medieval whittle-tang knife. The object is ovoid in shape and slightly convex in profile. It has a broadly central rectangular perforation through the lower surface. The hilt plate is bent at the pointed end. The object is corroded with a dark-green patina where it survives. No decoration is discernible. Such hilt-plates tend to be given a 15th-century date, although they could be earlier. A parallel can be found illustrated in Read (2001, 88; ref. 642).

An incomplete Late Early-Medieval (Anglo-Scandinavian) to Early Medieval cast copper-alloy harness link (c. 1000-c. 1100). The fitting is convex at the front and flat at the rear. One loop and part of the bar are missing. The surviving loop is oval in plan and has three equally spaced knopped protrusions. On the underside the loop is slightly bevelled. The bar is 'D'-shaped in cross-section, flat at the rear. It has a boss, circular in plan and flat on the top. Just beyond the boss a small portion of the bar terminates with an old break or breaks. A copper-alloy arm from an Early-Medieval set of tweezers. The sides of the arm flare towards the bottom, where there is an inward-curving blade. Twelve punched ring-and-dot marks decorate the outer surface and there is an incised line border along one side. Halfway down the arm is a right-angled bend. The piece measures 22.9mm long, up to 12.2mm wide, 0.7mm thick and weighs 1.4g.
