A complete Early Neolithic 'side and end' flint scraper (3500 BC-2900 BC). This scraper has been manufactured on a round secondary flake. It has a large bulb of percussion and there is a striking platform at the proximal end. The dorsal surface is very uneven and has a patch of cortex and a natural void near the distal end. It has retouch around the sides and end which is abrupt and semi-abrupt, scaled and stepped. An incomplete Late Medieval to Early Post Medieval cast copper-alloy mount (c. 1400-c. 1600). This undecorated mount is pointed-oval in plan, domed at the front and concave at the rear. The front face is convex and undecorated. A small square sectioned stub, the remains of an integral spike is situated at the centre of the rear face. The mount is pitted and has a slightly uneven drab green patina. Where the patina is lost the surface is a dull reddish brown.
