A copper-alloy buckle of Post-Medieval date. The double loop buckle is sub-rectangular in shape and has rounded ends and concave outer edges with slight spurs or knops projecting out from the edge of the frame just before each corner. The frame weighs 4.80g, has a length of 34.37mm, is 21.84mm wide and 2.18mm thick. The integral bar is 2.53mm wide. The frame is complete but has a transverse break across one part of the frame 4.47mm to the side of the top of the buckle bar. The pin no longer survives. A fragment of a Medieval copper-alloy Strap End or buckle plate. The artefact would have been sub-rectangular in shape with a circular perforation, open to the artefact's edge, between two rivets. This circular shape between the rivets was a decorative open work field. The circular perforation has a diameter of 4.31mm. Current dimensions: length 31.39mm, width 18.31mm, thickness 0.67mm and weight is 2.25g. The upper surface is decorated with incised lines. Early Medieval (early Anglo-Saxon) damaged and incomplete cast copper alloy small-long brooch, dating to the 5th and 6th centuries. Only the headplate and most of the bow survives. The brooch fragment has a length of 32.57mm and weighs 7.61g. The head is rectangular in plan and has a flat section. A Thomas's type A2 strap end dating from the 9th century. The artefact weighs 3.42g, is 43.88mm long, 10.05mm wide and 1.55mm thick. The tapering pointed end would originally have been decorated with a stylised animal head that is no longer visible due to the wear on the strap end. On the upper surface are two broken attachment holes set 1.84mm apart. The metal is 1.05mm thick by the attachment holes. See PAS records SWYOR-532D05 and LANCUM-593AA1 for similar examples.

An incomplete Medieval lead Papal bulla. Weight 18.89g, diameter 40.00mm and thickness 3.43mm. The artefact has been bent approximate to a an 135 degree angle. Tim Pestell writes: "Medieval Papal bulla of Nicholas III (1277-80). This bulla is in poor condition, being ripped in half and having severe bending and flattening of the obverse face.
