A leg fragment of Medieval/ Post-Medieval (1200-1800) copper alloy cooking vessel, consisting of the very worn foot and measuring 44.98x38.49x13.41mm. It weighs 95.6g. The foot is roughly trapezoidal in shape and flat - the top of the foot is heavily pitted, possibly due to bubbles in the molten metal during manufacture.The underside has traces of iron residue. An Early Post-Medieval (1500-1700) copper alloy mount in the form of a (possible) stylised bird-in-flight, measuring 24.22x8.65x6.32mm (without the outward-bent spikes 1.78mm) and weighing 1.7g. The mount is triangular in cross-section, being flat on the reverse. The body is sub-triangular with a projection each end. The projection beyond the wide edge of the body is lozenge-shape, the other has a wide collar and semi-circular projection (possibly representing the bird's head and beak).

An incomplete undatable (Roman - Post-Medieval) copper alloy stud, consisting of an incomplete flat circular head (with worn edges) and missing most of its shank (only a stump remains). The head measures 9.31mm in diameter and 1.30mm thick, the shank measures 3mm in diameter at the break. The bluey colour of the copper alloy and the smooth shiny patina suggests it could possibly be Roman in date. The stud weighs 0.6g.

It is D-shaped in cross-section, being flat on the inside edge, and one edge is split (ancient damage). The bluey colour of the copper alloy and the smooth shiny patina suggests it could possibly be Roman in date.

A cast copper-alloy mount of probable early post-medieval date, dating from the 16th to 17th centuries AD. It is decorated with finely moulded lozenges which get progressively larger as they radiate from the centre of the mount, giving a vaguely floral appearance. The outer lozenges also have small ribbed mouldings, adding further to the floral impression. The mount itself is sub-oval in shape. Its sides are slightly crimped, and folded over on its reverse. A fragment from a rowel spur of late medieval to early post-medieval date. Only a small part of one of the arms of the spur and the beginning of the rowel box remain. The rowel box is sub-oval in section with a moulded collar before it joins the arm. The apperture for the rowel is sub-rectangular. The arm is D-shaped in section. Most of the surface metal has deteriorated and the spur has a purple brown patina, though where traces of the surface metal survive this is dark to pale green in colour. It measures 40.32 mm long, 3.58 mm thick and weighs 6.0 grams.

Beneath this there is a faceted shaft, lozenge shaped in section. The shaft does not appear to taper towards the break. Traces of silvering remain on the object. It measures 27.77 mm long, 6.94 mm wide and weighs 2.7 grams.

A copper-alloy belt or strap fitting of probable post-medieval date. The fitting is single looped, D shaped in section and lozenge shaped in cross section. The curved part of the frame expands in the centre to form a rivet hole for attachment, although the rivet is now missing. The patina is green to a purple brown in colour. It measures 16.98 mm long, 9.14 mm wide, 4.75 mm thick and weighs 1.1 grams.

A small cast copper-alloy buckle frame of medieval date. The frame is single looped and D shaped in plan and D shaped in section. The strap bar is offset and slightly narrowed. File marks are evident on all faces of the frame and traces of tinning survive on the surface. It probably dates from the 12th to 14th centuries. It measures 11.07 mm long, 13.66 mm wide, 3.16 mm thick and weighs 1 gram.

An incomplete post-Medieval cast copper-alloy mount (c. 1600-c. 1800). When complete, the flat mount would have been sub-circular in plan. It has seven surviving peripheral lobes. There would have been eleven lobes when complete. At the front, deep grooves radiate from the centre to each side of the lobes forming a star-like design. A pewter pouring spout from a late medieval to post-medieval vessel. The spout has broken where it would join the body of the vessel. The spout narrows towards a waisted section befor expanding again and the tapering towards a circular collar at the pouring end. The mount is decorated with just visible moulded lines just before the waist and in the centre of the section after the waist. An incomplete Medieval cast copper-alloy single looped buckle (c. 1250-c. 1400). The buckle is an elongated oval shape in plan. It has a triangular shaped outside edge with a central transverse grove as a pin rest. It is flanked on either side by a pair of transverse ridges. The sides ate 'D'-shaped in cross-section, flat on the inside. The narrowed off-set bar is circular in cross-section. At the centre of the bar there is wear caused by the loop of the missing pin.
