A copper-alloy open-frame brooch of Medieval (13th to 15th century) date. The frame is circular in plan, with slightly convex surfaces and a vertical inner edge. The tongue-shaped pin has been made from a flattened length of copper-alloy wire and has been looped around the frame. The point of the pin sits on an incised rest. The brooch measures 16.4mm in diameter, 4.7mm thick and weighs 1.45g.

A copper-alloy seal matrix of post-Medieval (probably 16th to 17th century) date. The printing face is oval in plan. The central image is that of 'Sacred Heart' symbol, in which a heart is pierced by a vertical sword, the hilt and guard forming a crown above; flanking the sword are two arrows; either side of the heart is a flame symbol. At the back of the printing face the handle tapers upwards before flaring out into a large three-lobed openwork handle. The artefact is corroded. It measures 25.1mm long, 11.6mm wide and weighs 3.52g.

A copper-alloy strap-slide of Medieval date. The object consists of a D-shaped frame with an integral, outward-pointing projection at the centre of the vertical side. The sides of the frame are of rectangular cross-section, while the projection is of circular cross-section. The artefact measures 10.4mm long, 12.7mm wide and 2.6mm thick. The weight is 0.53g. Strap-slides of this form have been found in excavations in London (Egan and Pritchard 1991: 229-230) and at Meols, Cheshire (Griffiths et al 2007: 128) and are thought to date from the late 13th to early 14th century. A copper-alloy finger-ring of probable late Roman date. The ring is penannular in form, with two opposing terminals (one possibly damaged) separated by a short gap. The hoop is narrow and of equal width and thickness throughout. It has a slightly convex outer surface and a flat inner surface. The object has a dark green patina, is slightly bent and is corroded in places. It measures 26.3mm wide, 24.8mm deep (terminals to back of hoop) and 3.5mm high (width of band). The weight is 3.38g.

A copper-alloy fragment of a Roman Rosette/Thistle type brooch. Such brooches date from the early to mid 1st century AD. The head consists of a horizontally-aligned cylinder which encloses the spring. Located near the centre of the underside is a vertical slit, though which the now-missing pin would have protruded. A copper-alloy Colchester derivative brooch of mid to late 1st century date. The wings take the form of a horizontally-aligned half-cylinder, at the centre of which is a double pierced lug, the uppermost containing a remnant of the external chord. The bow is of trapezoidal section, tapering in width towards the foot. At the top are three ridges, which converge to become one central ridge. The foot is rounded and the intact catchplate is openwork (having two circular apertures), with a rolled outer side. The artefact measures 43.6mm long, 19.2mm wide (wings) and weighs 6g.
