Medieval cast copper alloy bar mount. c.1250-1450. Main body is circular with central hole and decorated with vertical banding. One rectangular projection with copper alloy rivet. Opposite end has worn break where another projection with rivet would have been located.

The artefact is in a poor condition as corrosion damaging much of the surface resulting in a lot of detail.This artefact dates to the 13th century.

Angled copper-alloy horse hoof knife terminal length 20mm, width 13mm, thickness 7mm, weight 6.72g.It has an oval shape, with a slot for an iron tang at the base. The end cap is in the form of a horse-hoof terminal, the 'hoof' being oval in section and curves at a 60angle. It has a diameter of 17.48mm, thickness 0.79mm, weight 1.18g. Ref. Vanhoudt G248. De Witte 307 (http://users.telenet.be/medievalcoins/Brabant.htm). Reference: J. Cast copper alloy headstud brooch dating to the Roman period, (45-410AD). The object is a hinged example but the pin is missing. The hinged pin is mounted in a half cylinder across the back of the wings. The brooch has a large head loop. The wings are short and have a forward projecting end cap. A very worn copper-alloy mount of Medieval to Post-Medieval date. It has a flattened central plate that is circular in form with a central circular aperture. An incomplete cast copper-alloy spacer from a composite strap end of Medieval date. It comrpsies a flat rectangular plate with openwork decoration and a decorative terminal knop. At the top of the spacer is a central circular rivet hole with the remains of a copper-alloy rivet.
