A cast copper-alloy side-looped spearhead of Middle Bronze Age date. The spearhead is incomplete, consisting of only the socket with basal loops and the base of a leaf-shaped blade, which is lozenge shaped in section. Generally and even brown patina, but with some pitting suffering from corrosion.

Date: 16th/17th Century Description: A silver, probably hollow circular button. The front piece is domed with a protruding pimple at the apex. The back piece is slightly convex and has a central integral attachment loop. This has a solid stem which is rectangular in section, which divides to form a round loop. Discussion: In terms of age and as the object contains a minimum of 10% precious metal it qualifies as Treasure under the stipulations of the Treasure Act 1996. Incomplete tinned bell, upper part only with rounded cannon at apex, remains of iron crown staple and clapper, at least eight triangular apertures in side. See examples from Bradenham (Norfolk HER 31358), Great Dunham (Norfolk HER 45401) and two bells dated to the Roman period, from Newport, Essex (PAS ESS-954081) and Brill, Buckinghamshire (PAS no number), but also to two others considered to be Late Saxon, from Paulespury, Northamptonshire (PAS NARC-D9C172) and West Clandon, Surrey (PAS SUR-B48E74). An amorphous fragment of copper-alloy metal working debris. It is flat, oval shaped in section and with projecting globular lobes that give it an almost trefoil or triskele form. The fragment measures 35.03mm in length, 35.61mm in width, 4.54mm in thickness, and weighs 15.25g. This object is casting waste from the maufacture of copper-alloy objects and may be of any date from the Bronze Age period onwards.

The cast copper-alloy suspension loop of a strap fitting, Post-Medieval in date, probably 17th century. Trefoil shaped flat object with three loops, each with a central circular piercing, and a short stub projectig between two of the loops at one side. It is not clear if the stub is complete or broken from a worn break. It is 21.3mm long, 18.7mm wide and 3.0mm thick; it weighs 3.28 grams. Similar trefoil fittings have been found attached to hooked mounts e.g. DOR-68FC94, SUSS-4422A3 and Read (2000:30, 42) No. 362.
