Medieval composite strap end fragment length 33mm, width 20mm, thickness 5mm, weight 4.9g.Incomplete forked spacer plate with projecting acorn terminal/knop, the two arms of the spacer are truncated.Both the top and bottom plates are missing.
Egan & Pritchard publishes a number of similar composite strap ends with acorn knops, dated to between 1330-1450 ('Dress Accessories' HMSO) p.143-5.

Cast copper alloy roman ringer ring length 19.5mm, height 12mm, thickness 12mm, weight 5.85g.The loop of the ring is missing, the bezel is circular (6mm thick) with two opposing triangular cells which has a small circular cell either side.The triangular cells have the remains of blue glass and the round cells have red glass.

A complete cast copper alloy double looped sub-oval buckle. The buckle frame, in plan, is a pointed oval, with the apex of the loops forming a triangle. The strap bar is narrowed and oval in section. The terminal of the strap bar has moulded decoration but the form is uncertain due to abrasion. The reverse of the frame is flat and undecorated except for a trace of gilding. The pin is missing. The surface of the frame is abraded, and one loop has a slightly break due to corrosion. The buckle measures 35.32mm long and 20.19mm wide across the complete loop. It weighs 3g.

An Iron Age brooch of the La Tene IBb style (400-272 BC). The brooch is cast from a single piece of copper alloy. Half of the spring and all of the pin are missing. Only two loops of the spring remain on one side of the head. The bow has a semicircular arched profile and is oval in plan with a integrally cast valley running along the centre of the front. The foot with the catchplate is flat, level with the head. The catchplate is triangular, to one side of the foot and the outer edge curves up 90 degrees. A probable cast copper alloy cooking vessel leg and foot. In plan it is a sub-triangular at the base, with a flared and rounded sides. The fragment is an asymmetrical shape in plan from the upper view and has an undulating surface. There are traces of a heavy black deposit which is probably a sooty/carbon deposit across the base, sides and upper surface. Otherwise the surface has a mottled mid green abraded surface. The leg measures 16.03mm thick, 26.53mm wide across the foot and 27.51mm long. It weighs 39.9g.

A cast copper alloy cooking vessel leg and foot. In plan it is a sub-rectangle with a flared and rounded foot. In profile the reverse of the leg is almost straight except the foot is obliquely angled outwards. In section the leg is an elongated semi-circle, but is only 10.92mm thick. The foot is bulbous and asymmetrical on the front face. The upper edge of the leg is broken, this is not a recent break.
