An incomplete cast copper-alloy and iron dagger of probable 17th century date. The dagger blade, made of iron, is incomplete and is firmly attached to a copper-alloy guard (quillon). The blade is 50.6mm in length and has a width of 24.1mm where it makes contact with the guard on the underside. It is a slender pointed oval shape in cross-section.
