A cast copper-alloy stud of early Post-Medieval date. It has a circular, dome-shaped head with moulded decoration on the front face and an integrally cast rivet on the back face. The decoration consists of a central raised dot surrounded by a beaded ring, perhaps in imitation of filigree. This is surrounded by six smaller dots with similar beaded decoration, in addition to single pellets between the outer edges of the smaller dots and a beaded border.
