Medieval cast copper-alloy annular brooch. The frame is complete but the pin is missing. The frame is circular in form with flat back and moulded front. Around the ring are four oval expansions with raised ovals on the front, each with a circular indent that may originally have held a glass or paste gem. The four narrow sections between the expansions are uneven lengths. The one with the constriction for the pin loop and, opposite it, the one with a central groove of the pin rest are longer.
