A copper-alloy Nuremberg Rose/Orb jetton issued by Hans Krauwinckel II between 1586 and 1635; Mitchiner nos. 1555-1564 (1988: 443-444). The jetton is slightly bent but otherwise survives in reasonable condition. It measures 21.9mm in diameter, 0.2mm thick and weighs 0.93g.

A copper-alloy as of Antoninus Pius (AD 138-161), dating to the period AD 154-155 (Reece period 7). BRITANNIA COS IIII S C reverse type depicting Britannia seated left on rock, head propped on right hand, left hand on rock; round shield and eagle-tipped sceptre to left. Mint of Rome. As RIC III, p. 142, no. 934. This is a Coin of British Association similar to examples noted from the Sacred Spring at Bath, D. Walker, 1988: pp. 294, 297-298, nos. 73-122, 136-288, pls. XXXV-VI. It measures 25.3mm in diameter, 3.1mm thick and weighs 9.58g.

A copper-alloy composite strap-end of Medieval date. The strap-end consists of two plates and a central spacer. The intact plate has a scalloped top side, and long sides which taper towards the bottom, where they angle inwards, terminating in a pointed knop. The other plate is heavily damaged but was probably originally of identical form. Two copper-alloy rivets - one just below the top edge and one just above the pointed knop - hold the plates together. An incomplete cast copper alloy Roman T-shaped brooch (AD 70-150). The pin and catch-plate are missing. It has fully enclosed wings which contain an iron axis bar. The bow is 'D'-shaped in cross-section, flat at the rear. There is the remains of a longitudinal off-centre decorative moulding at the front of the bow. This brooch is severely corroded in places and in poor condition. The patina is mid-brown and file marks are visible at the rear of the bow and also on the wings. 22.2 x 15.7mm. Weight: 3.56g.

A damaged and corroded piece of sheet copper-alloy of probable Medieval date. The form suggests that this is likely to be a plate from a buckle or strap-end. The object appears to have originally been sub-rectangular in plan, one corner now being bent and incomplete. The upper surface bears decoration including a pair of parallel grooves, aligned longitudinally, and an adjacent area of possible rocker-arm indentations. Traces of gilding are also visible. The plate measures 32.5mm long, 27mm wide and 2.2mm thick (where bent). It weighs 2.96g.

The frame is D-shaped, with convex, sloping outer faces and an angled inner edge. A copper-alloy hooked mount of post-Medieval date. The plate has V-shaped upper edge and tapers in width from top to bottom. The bottom edge is maked by a broad horizontal ridge. A copper-alloy double-oval buckle of probable early post-Medieval date. The buckle is symmetrical, with two D-shaped sides and a central axis bar. The surfaces are flat and the edges angled. At the centre of each outer side is a scallop-shaped projection, which probably acted as rests for the missing pin. The axis bar is of trapezoidal section and has a projecting knop at each end. The buckle is slightly damaged. It measures 50mm long, 26.8mm wide and 2.6mm thick. The weight is 7.6g.
