An incomplete cast copper alloy vessel foot (and portion of the leg) of Medieval to post-Medieval date (c. 1250 – c. 1650). The leg is generally sub-triangular in cross-section throughout its length. About mid-way along its length, at the front, there is a stout horizontal swelling. At the front, above and below this swelling, there is a central vertical rib. A broken post-medieval crotal bell cast in copper alloy. The upper half, somewhat corroded, bears a 'sunburst' pattern formed of 'rays', some interrupted by the two sound holes, and by the damage suffered by this artefact. The rays are formed of split lobes with a curved border surrounding each. The lower half is decorated with overlapping semicircles forming a pattern known as 'fish scale'. A fragment from a cast copper-alloy post-medieval buckle, probably a shoe buckle: it bowes. The frame would have been rectangular with rounded corners; less than half of the buckle remains. The pin, now missing, would have been joined to the frame at two centrally drilled holes along its width; half of one of the holes is present on the fragment. An incomplete cast copper alloy double-looped buckle of post-Medieval date, probably early-mid 17th century (c.1600-c. 1650). Asymmetrical in plan, one loop is rectangular and the other is 'D'-shaped. The outside edge of the rectangular loop resembles a roller but is solid and 'D'-shaped in cross-section (flat on the underside).
