A complete cast copper alloy buckle of post-Medieval, c. 16th/17th century date (c. 1500-c. 1700). 28.5 x 30.7 x 6.9mm. Weight: 10.77g. The frame is sub-rectangular in plan. The outside edge has central reel-like pin rest flanked on either side by a baluster-shaped swelling. Each side of the frame is similar, rectangular in cross-section, flat on the top with a rebate on the underside. It has a slightly narrowed bar which is sub-circular in cross-section. A complete silver thimble of post-Medieval date, probably early 18th century. The thimble is complete but misshapen having a dent at one side. It has a circumferential groove close to the rim above which is a plain panel with a depth of 4.8mm. Above the plain panel the walls have thirteen lines of circular indents. The crown is also covered with similar indents. The panel has inscribed owner’s initials in capital letters: P W and also an unclear stamped maker’s mark, probably a letter: B. The object is noticeably worn at the crown. 17.5 x 21.9 x 12.4mm. Weight: 4.74g.

Two fragments of a Late Bronze Age gold penannular bracelet found close together. Treasure case no. 2009 T393. Two fragments of a gold bracelet made from a flat parallel sided strip, rectangular in section. The larger fragment has a break at each end and the smaller fragment has a break at one end and a coiled terminal at the other. The finds were located in the topsoil about 6.0m apart and their positions recorded by the finder using a hand-held GPS device. Dimensions: 44.9 x 10.0 x 1.1mm. Weight: 7.41g. A copper-alloy side looped socketed spearhead dating from the Middle Bronze Age, about 1550 - 1250 BC. Davis Group 6, 'developed side looped'. The blade is a narrow leaf shape and has a raised triangular rib running down each side, extending on to the socket. The socket tapers outwards from the base of the blade. On each side of the socket is a small raised loop of thin metal, one loop being broken. A copper alloy figurine of a goat. It is a standing figure, the head of the goat being turned to the right. The tip of the tail, the tips of the horns, the rear legs and the right fore-hoof are all missing. There is a small cup-shaped depression in the centre of the goat's back. The function of this is unclear. There are some patches of pale green patina; elsewhere, the reddish-brown underlying metal shows through. It is 60.5mm long, 66.3mm high, and 21.7mm thick. An early medieval copper-alloy strap end of Thomas's type E1. It is "tongue shaped", sub rectangular in plan, one end being rounded and the other, where it was affixed to the strap, being square. The reverse is hollow, except for a short length at the square end, where it thickens at the strap connection. A fragment of a copper-alloy spearhead dating to the Middle or Late Bronze Age, about 1550 - 800 BC. It is the tip of a narrow, hollow, socketed spear with a triangular midrib, which extends to the tip, running down each side. This makes the section lozenge shaped but with concave sides. It has a light brown patina with some corrosion showing through in patches. It is 48mm long, 15.1mm wide and 9.7mm thick. It weighs 12.24g. .

A bent, copper alloy, penannular brooch. It is undecorated except for a small collar around the neck of each terminal. The terminals themselves are flared and flat-ended, rather like horse hoofs. It has a dark brown patina. It is 34.9mm long, 12.4m wide, and 11.8mm thick. It weighs 5.49gm. Number 647 on page 339 of Hattatt's Visual Catalogue is similar. It probably dates from the early Roman period (43 - 200).

A copper-alloy mount in the shape of a bird in flight with wings, tail feathers and neck extended. The junction of the wings with the body is delineated by two shallowly inscribed grooves on each side of the main body. The neck of the bird is bent upwards and the head and the tips of the wings are missing.
