A probably Medieval to Post Medieval copper alloy gilded fragment of uncertain function. It could be a fragment of a furniture fitting or other such decorative object. The fragment is linear in plan and oval in cross section. One side is decorated with a moulded twist design and shows signs of having been gilded. The fragment is 33.5mm long, 11.5mm wide, 6.5mm thick and weighs 14.4 grams.

A Medieval cast copper alloy strap end. The strap end is formed from a triangular body of copper alloy, which has been split half way up. There is an iron rivet in the open end. The terminal of the fitting has a rounded. A similar example can be seen on the database: YORKM-453EA1.
The strap end is 24.5mm long, 8.5mm wide, 6.0mm thick and weighs 4.6 grams.

A Medieval to Post Medieval copper alloy stud. The stud has a circular convex head and an integral pointed shank. THe head is decorated with a fleuret surrounded by a boarded of pellets. There are traces of gilding remaining on the head. The stud is 19.5mm long, 16.0mm in diameter and weighs 4.3 grams.

A copper-alloy pot leg from a large cooking or storage vessel, dating from the late medieval to post-medieval period. The leg is vaguely rectangular in profile and tapers to a small 45 degree angled foot at one end. At the other end is the remains of the join where the leg would have been attached to a vessel. The pot leg is 40.1mm long, 17.0 mm wide, 10.1mm thick and weigh 35.4 grams.
