A copper-alloy pin of probable 16th century date. For a similar pin, albeit in silver, see TAR 2005/6: 158, no. 791. The head of the pin is hemispherical (although it may originally have been spherical), hollow and has applied decoration on its upper surface. This decoration takes the form of three filigree circles, each containing a three smaller circles and a central knop. A small filigree circle below a single knop also separates one large circle from the next. At the centre of the head is a single, larger knop. A filigree border extends around the base of the head. An incomplete copper-alloy double-loop buckle of probable early post-Medieval date. The surviving side of the frame is D-shaped, extending to a pointed leaf-like protrusion, which would have acted as a pin rest. The upper surface of the frame slopes downwards and outwards. The central axis bar is of circular section, has attached iron corrosion from the now-missing pin and terminates at each end in a decorative moulding. The object measures 20.1mm long, 16.1mm wide and 2.4mm thick. The weight is 1.8g.

Cast lead alloy circular uni-faced token. The token has a raised design of the initials T (or I) B with various marks above, possibly a date starting 17[...]. The reverse is blank. It is 17.1mm in diameter, 2.0mm thick and weighs 3.29 grams. Lead tokens has a wide variety of uses and were made locally, they are therefore hard to date precisely but those with initals are though to be Post Medieval in date, 1500-1850 AD, (possibly 1700-1799).

Part of a Post Medieval lead alloy cloth seal. The piece comprises part of one side with the other side, tab and connector lost to old breaks. The front is stamped *//CAR//SAY//166(8) within a line circle. This indicates that it was attached to kersey cloth - a cheap woollen cloth widely produced in England, notably in the counties of Devon, Hampshire and Yorkshire (G. Egan; 1995; pp. 75). A complete circular flat-cylindrical cast lead-alloy object, possibly a spindle whorl dating from the later medieval period, i.e. 1400-1600. The lead weight is flat-cylindrical in cross-section with a flat base and flattish top. It seems to have been decorated with indentations on one side only. The lead weight is basic and has suffered corrosion. Lead weights like these are common finds, but only rarely from excavated contexts which is why date and origin are difficult to pinpoint. Incomplete cast copper alloy Roman dolphin variant brooch. The right hand wing and pin are absent, and the pin rest also missing. The left tubular wing survives with remains of iron axis bar. The humped bow with sub-triangular section terminates in a pointed foot. A short catch plate,14.8mm in length and 6.3mm in width, is present but with no pin rest. It measures 51.23x8.88x1.87mm and weighs 4.7g. Now almost flattened, this fragment once had a curve. A corroded copper alloy medieval casket key. The key has a seemingly solid stem of oval section with a hollow end; the end has been worn through slightly on both sides. The stem flattens out towards the bow; the latter is circular in shape with a circular perforation (ext. dia. 11.5mm). There is a 'collar', or moulding, between bow and stem. At the other end the bit is rectangular in shape with a stepped cleft which creates a thin rectangular ward on the outside edge. The key measures 31.9mm x 11.5mm x 5mm and weighs 4.04g. Copper alloy fragment of a Roman bracelet, dating from c.250- 410 AD. Around half remains. The bracelet has a flat rectangular section on the main part but the width reduces and the thickness increases towards the terminal. On the outside of the band there are irregular linear grooves as decoration running from side to side. The terminal is possibly meant to be zoomorphic as there are some grooves, possibly indicating a snakes head.
