Recorded from photographs and finder's information, piece unseen. Presumably a copper alloy seal matrix with oval face and raised hexagonal handle. Device: (Described from impression) Two busts in profile, that on the left male with a moustache visible, on the right female, with a sapling or shrub between them, its branches shading them. Device is separated from the legend by a beaded line; a similar line delineates the edge of the matrix face. Measurements: 30 mm diameter, approx. 30 mm high.

Recorded from photograph, item unseen. A cast copper alloy seal matrix with circular face and hexagonal, slightly ovoid, waisted handle terminating in a single collar, above which the bottom of the broken suspension loop is visible. The matrix is in poor condition, with significant corrosion resulting in a very grainy and unclear impression. Device: (Described from impression). A wheel set in a very small device area; there are lines emanating from the outside edge of the wheel as well as within. Measurements: Face 15.4 mm x 14.2 mm; height 15.6 mm.

Remains of a medieval buckle. Hoop thin (1.2mm) and set at a 45 degree angle to the bar, which is now missing; it was originally off-set. Some traces of gilding survive. Face of the hoop plain but marked with a single incised line along the leading edge. This form of buckle was in use in the thirteenth century when it was used to carry Limoges type enamel decoration.

Cast copper alloy mount in the form of a human face. The hair consists of a mass of crossing waves. In the centre of the hair is a six petalled flower with a central boss. The face has lentoid eyes marked by narrow ribs surrounding a pupils represented by pellets. Nose snubbed, neatly shaped mouth and lips. Back roughly cast.

One half of a pair of sheet silver cuff-links of seventeenth century date (AD 1600 - AD 1700). Diameter: 12.8mm; thickness: 3.9mm. Weight: 0.81g. Treasure case no. 2009 T25. The cuff-link is circular in plan, with a turned down edge. The stamped design at the convex front consists of a double heart, surmounted by a single arched crown. This design is set on a stippled background with a plain border. On the concave reverse is a small sub-circular loop, soldered in two places near the centre. Roman copper alloy brooch of Colchester derivative Polden Hill (flat wing ends type, West Midlands). Plain bow, either side of which is a cast pad from which spring the wings. On both sides a moulding is present at the junction between the bow and the wings The wings are semi-circular and hollow based, originally with perforated round plates at the ends that engaged the spring retaining pin.
