A Roman cast copper alloy Hod Hill brooch (AD50-70). The hinge and pin are now missing. The main body of the brooch is decorated with a punched design of two palmettes, one above the other. Below this the bow narrows and curves inwards and is framed with moulded transverse ridges above and below. The bow then tapers towards the foot, which terminates in a foot knob. The surface of the brooch has the remains of a white metal coating

A post medieval copper alloy trade token dated 1667. The coin has H* over IE on the obverse. The reverse is illegible, possibly a face or a shield Dimensions: diameter 15.6mm; weight 0.79g
Trade tokens typically found in this region are limited in number with this reverse of H over I E arranged in triad and the only example ending in ON on the revers is the token of John Hunsdon dating to AD 1667 on the token. Williamson Berkshire 151 (1889, 39)

Fragment from a worn copper alloy Colchester derivative double pierced lug Roman bow brooch. The wings, part of the spring and a short section of the bow are preserved, the remainder now missing due to old breaks. The wings are semi-cylindrical in shape with half of the double lug remaining intact, the second lug now missing due to old breaks. Half of the spring survives, which when complete would have probably had eight coils. The surviving length of the bow is triangular in section with a raised central rib that runs from the lug. A worn and corroded copper alloy bow brooch of Roman date, probably a Colchester derivative rear hook brooch. The brooch is largely complete, but is missing the rear hook, spring, pin and catchplate. The wings are semi-cylindrical in shape, perhaps with two moulded grooves where the wings join the bow. A cast copper alloy Roman openwork fleur-de-lis key handle.
The handle has a trefoil form with a knob terminal. The central loop is rounded at the top and narrows at the base. The two side loops are shorter and rounded, with flared lipped on there underside. Extending up from the top of the central loop, is a collared knop.
Below the handle is a complex multi-ridged collars on the rectangular-section stem. This then extends into the stub of the iron key stem – all that survives is the corroded remains.

A cast copper-alloy life size ear from a Roman statue or bronze head. The head would have been a very high status object. The ear is from the right hand side of the head. The ear has been cast so that it is anatomical correct. It is large but has a heavily recessed ear hole. To the right of the ear the side-burns are still visible.
