Cast and tinned copper alloy double-loop asymmetrical buckle with moulded decoration on the loops. There are four lobed knops on the outside edge of the rectangular loop with a triangular knop at either end, on each corner. There are two lobed knops at symmetrical points on the outer edge of the rounded loop, and a lobed knop at either end of the strap bar. The strap bar is covered in iron oxide, corrosion product, which represents the remains of the iron pin. Whitehead (1996) illustrates a similar example on page 92, No.577, which is dated c.1575-1700.

Incomplete cast copper alloy oval double-looped buckle with moulded petals, defined by incised lines, around the frame. The strap bar is narrowed and recessed, and the pin and plate are missing. Whitehead (1996) illustrates a similar example on page 49, No.282, which is dated to c.1650-1720. Read (1988) illustrates a similar example on page 143, No.917, which is dated to c.1650-1700.

A cast lead or lead alloy cloth seal. It is composed of a sub-circular disc with an integral stud. This disc is connected to a second disc by an integral short ribbon. The second disc, which is incomplete, has a central hole. The ribbon is folded in half so the discs over lay each other with the stud protruding through the hole of the second disc. The upper surface of the leg is obliquely angled and is broken, but not recently. The side faces of the leg are all concave. The surface of the leg has an abraded brown patina. A complete glass bead of possible Roman or Early Medieval date (AD 43 ā€“ AD 1066). The bead is translucent and bright mid to dark blue. It has convex sides with flattened ends and could be described as being oblate in form. The surface has fine pits over it which may be due to abrasion, and there are slight concentric striations which may be the result of a marving process.
