Early Early-Medieval green glass bead in the shape of a 5-armed star with terracotta-coloured (probably glass) tips. It is c.12x12mm. Object mounted so not possible to weigh. Bead seen in the past by Margaret Guido. Comparable to one from Wallingford in the Ashmolean Museum. 5th century in date.

A copper-alloy Colchester bow brooch Iron Age-Roman in date, worn and incomplete as part of the spring, pin and catchplate are now missing, the bow is also bent. The one piece brooch has short flat wings, roughly half the spring survives but the coils cannot be seen due to adhering soil, the bow has a rounded section. This brooch measures 32.54mm in length and 15.16mm in width.

A copper-alloy Colchester derivative hinged type Roman bow brooch. Worn and corroded and incomplete as it is missing the pin and catchplate. Measuring 38.42mm in length and 29.95mm in width. The wings are folded round to form a cylindrical case, their tips are incomplete due to wear and corrosion. The bow has a D-shaped section and a central longitudinal ridge.

A copper-alloy seal matrix with religious scene. Probably dates from the 14th century AD. A seal with a similar central image is illustrated by P. Harvey and A. McGuinness in the book 'A guide to British medieval seals' (1996; pp. 105). The object is vessica-shaped and the detail is crisply executed. The central image depicts the heads and torsos of the Virgin Mary and young Christ. The blade end fragment of a socketed bronze axe, late bronze age, badly affected by bronze disease in places but traces of irregular largley diagonal abrasion/sharpening marks visible. Dark brown patina, The socket is filled with what appears to be fired clay, presumably residual from the manufacuring process. 43.25mm in width across the blade and 26.54mm in suriving length.
