Fragment of Early Saxon parallel-sided bar, probably part of stem of girdle hanger, both ends ancient breaks, distorted and abraded. Two median rows of addorsed crescentic stamped impressions. Length 26mm. Width 7mm. Thickness <2mm. 6th century.

Early Saxon footplate of small-long brooch, ancient break above half-round moulding, crescentic foot with lower edge incurving to a central moulded notch (cf. ibid. fig. 5 d and e). Rows of crescentic stamps follow the sides and lower edge. Length >28mm. Width >20mm. 6th century.

Incomplete Early Saxon small-long brooch, lower bow and footplate missing, in battered condition, old breaks but a little recent minor damage. All edges of the headplate are missing, but there is a suggestion in the present shape of cut-outs at the corners, both of the upper ones marked by an oblique V-section notch or short groove. There are four round, cast perforations in the headplate, countersunk from the front face, the lower two blocked by iron corrosion deriving from the spring. Flat lead disc with a raised decoration on one surface. The decoration comprises a broken network of concentric circles. The reverse is damaged however there are no signs of any attachment points.
