A flint barbed and tanged arrowhead of early Bronze Age date. The arrowhead measures 27.3mm by 21.3mm by 3.9mm and weighs 1.6g. It has been invasively retouched over both faces. One tang has broken off. Both the tang and the surviving bard are rounded. The barbs are slightly longer than the tang so this example is a Green Low type. The mottled white to bluish-grey flint has a low-gloss patina.

A flint barbed and tanged arrowhead of early Bronze Age date. The arrowhead measures 34.2mm by 20.7mm by 4.2mm and weighs 2.6g. It has been invasively retouched over both faces. There is a small notch along one edge which probably reflects recent damage. The arrowhead weighs less than 8g and has a small length to width ratio, so this example is a Sutton type. The partially transparent mid-brown flint has a mid-gloss patina.

An incomplete cast copper alloy trumpet derivative brooch of early Roman date. The brooch measures 44.8mm by 21.2mm by 13.8mm and weighs 27.7g. The wings are incomplete but appear to have been semi-cylindrical originally, in order to hide the spring for the (missing) pin. A small amount of iron corrosion in the centre of the back of the wings suggests that the pin was made of iron. The thick bow has a rectangular cross-section and projects forward into a large knop, presumably derived from the acanthus knops on trumpet brooches. It is rather worn in places but appears to have been form…
