An incomplete object of uncertain date and function. The object takes the form of a three-dimensonal stylised chicken or cockerel. The head is elongated and comes to a point at the end of the beak. Moulded ornaments on the top edge of the beak and on the back of the head represent the bird's comb. Each side of the head has an eye, defined by circular ring-and-dot type impression, and a groove which separates the halves of the beak.
