A complete cast copper alloy Late Early-Medieval Anglo-Scandinavian mount in the form of a human male mask facing forwards (c. AD 1000 - c. AD 1066). Length 31.0mm, width 28.0mm and 7.6mm thick. Weight 17.24g. The mount is sub-triangular in plan and some of the detail at the front is lost due to corrosion or exfoliation. It is moulded and convex at the front and largely concave at the rear. Large amber ring bead with a central circular perforation. The bead is damaged on one edge. The surface has a cracked appearance where the amber has dried out, however the amber is stable with no surface powdering. The bead is 10.33mm long with a diameter of 23.18mm. The perforation is 2.93mm in diameter.

Bronze Age barbed and tanged arrowhead knapped from white stone. The stone has been worked with pressure-flaked invasive removals over both surfaces to form the shape of the arrowhead, with retouched edges to form the barbs and tang. The rectangular round-ended tang is complete. The barbs are square, one being incomplete with a worn, oblique break. The arrowhead is an elongated oval shape in profile. There is a small amount of iron staining on the surface of the stone. The arrowhead is 27.79mm long, 21.83mm wide and 5.02mm thick.

Roman cable bracelet. Two strands of copper alloy, each with a sub-rectangular cross-section, are twisted together to give the bracelet a 'cable' apperance. Both terminals are missing, with worn breaks. Strands on similar bracelets may have formed hooked terminals, alternatively caps may have been soldered to the terminals (See Crummy 1988 p38). The bracelet has an even mid-green patina and shows little wear except on the broken terminals. The internal diameter of the surviving section is 45.06mm and the external diameter is 52.8mm. Mesolithic tranchet adze. There have been suggestions that tranchet adze continued in use into the Neolithic, however there is no evidence for this. There are covering removals on both faces of the adze, which has removed all the natural cortex from the surface of the flint. The adze has a narrow butt end, with possible evidence of platform preporation. The blade end shows evidence of wear. There are flaking scars around the butt-end. Neolithc ground stone axe of heavily weathered igneous rock. The rock is a light green-grey colour, with one surface darker than the other. The axe is sub-rectangular in plan with a squared off butt-end expanding out towards the rounded blade end. In profile the axe is lenticular; It has been ground to increase the curve towards the pointed blade end, and the butt-end is flat.
