Incomplete cast copper alloy Type A1 purse bar. Late Medieval or Early Post Medieval, late fifteenth to early sixteenth century date (AD 1475 - AD 1525). Length 58mm, maximum width 110mm and maximum thickness 12mm. Weight 64.83g. Part of each arm and both terminals are lost. The central block is shield-shaped and is about 16mm in length, 16mm in width and 12mm thick. The loop, shank and the rove are corroded and welded together due to corrosion. a copper alloy vessel leg, of Medieval or Post Medieval date. It is a complete leg, rectangular in shape, with a chamfered terminal at the foot end. At the opposite edge the body of the vessel has broken off at the point of attachment to the leg. It is 29.28mm long and 19.19mm wide, weighing 18.87g.

An incomplete copper-alloy unidentified object most likely to be late medieval or post medieval in date. This object consists of an incomplete solid shaft, which has a rectangular cross-section, this flares into a rectangular terminal with a flat end with an incised cross. The object measures 16.9mm in surviving length, the shaft is 6mm by 6.6mm in width and thickness and the terminal 11mm in width and 9.5mm in thickness.

A late Iron Age gold uninscribed quarter stater, 'QC' gold type. One of a large series attributed to the Atrebates. Philip de Jersey dated the coin to around 50 - 40 BC. The coin has been slightly mis-struck so it is possible to see more of the design of the reverse than usual, especially the two sort of torc motifs above and in front of the horse's head (Philip de Jersey, pers. comm).

Lead pointed oval seal matrix dating to the medieval period (13th-14th century). The matrix has no legend around the outside edge as is usual (so is blank or unfinished) but has a central motif. The motif is a fairly crude/simplified fleur-de-lis and together with the cast decoration on the reverse of the matrix forms an example of a completely religious piece - the fleur-de-lis is a symbol of the Virgin Mary. An early post medieval copper-alloy hooked tag, measuring 31.4mm in length and 15.3mm in width. It has a rectangular loop and an openwork circular plate divided into five heart-shaped lobes, resembling the petals of a flower. Where the plate joins the hook there are three transverse grooves, the hook is rectangular in plan and tapers to a sharp point, it has a rounded front face and a flat back face and curves backwards abruptly.

The brooch is made from cast copper and decorated with blue glass or enamel. The body of the brooch is circular in plan, and in profile is domed. The reverse is hollow. The convex surface is decorated with a small circular cell at the apex. Around the edge there are triangular cells forming a border each filled with blue glass or enamel. The finger ring is made from cast copper. The bezel is a horizontal oval with a high-relief protruding rim, thereby forming a cell. This cell would have originally had a setting, which is since missing. The shoulders taper towards the loop. The decoration on the shoulders is low relief ā€˜ā€™ shaped grooves bordering the bezel. Where the shoulders meet the loop there is moulded decoration consists of two short, parallel linear grooves. Only a fragment of the loop remains, and these breaks are not recent. a medieval copper alloy strap end. It is rectangular with a pointed, stepped cutaway terminal. There are the remains of a single rivet close to the point of the terminal. The opposite terminal has a raised bar close to its edge with a knop at each corner. There is a central rivet hole, close to the bar, and another smaller circular hole below the rivet hole.The body of the strap end is pierced with two parallel rectangular openings and two more probable rivet holes. It is 38.89mm long and 14.41mm wide, weighing 3.76g.
