Recorded from photographs. Copper alloy seal matrix with circular face and tapering hexagonal handle terminating in a single collar topped by an intact circular suspension loop. Device: within a beaded edge a squirrel in profile apparently rooting about on the ground, tail laid over its back, facing right. A second beaded line runs around the outside edge of the matrix. Measurements: diameter of face 16.6 mm, handle 22 mm high.

A corroded cast copper alloy shield-shaped horse harness pendant, probably dating from the thirteenth or fourteenth century. The object is 35.27mm long, 20.57mm wide, 3.24mm thick and weighs 6.07g. The attachment loop, which measures 9.92mm by 5.06mm by a maximum of 4.89mm, is set at 90 degrees to the pendant itself. The object is too corroded to identify any original decoration.

A copper alloy Hod Hill brooch dating to the first century AD. The upper surface of the brooch is tinned. Only a fragment of the head of the brooch remains and comprises a flat plate. Below the head, the upper bow is horizontally ribbed and D shaped in section. The mid bow plate is rectangular in shape and ribbed. The ribs are knurled. There are two mid bow extensions. A lead sealing dating to the Roman period. The sealing is approximately oval in shape and hemispherical in section. The sealing possesses a circular perforation running its width which would have originally secured the chord which attached the sealing to a package or document. A copper alloy stud dating to the Roman period. The stud comprises a hexagonal plate with a raised oval boss with deep median groove. The boss is hollow. On the underside of the stud are two circular section shanks with flattened end plates. The stud measures 32mm in length, 19mm in width and has a thickness of 13mm. The stud is similar to No. 3.870 from South Shields (Allason-Jones and Miket, 1984)

A copper alloy dolphin brooch dating to the late first century AD. The head comprises two semi-circular wings with marginal ribs. The wings would have enclosed the spring mechanism which is now missing. On the underside of the head there is a semi-circular perforated lug. A fragment of a circular section axis bar pierces the lug. The bow is arched and humped where it meets the head. There is a pronounced rib running its length. Romano-British copper alloy button and loop fastener, 24mm long and 14mm wide. The object is in a fair condition, being worn and incomplete, and has a brown patina. It consists of a rectangular sectioned shaft which curves 90o. This is attached to the underside of a loop which is semi-circular in section and c.5mm wide (with a central hole of 7mm). The further end of this loop is elongated to a point and on its upper side has a globular protrusion.

A trapezoidal catchplate extends from the underside of the leg. The fragment measures 24mm in length, 10mm in width.
