A Medieval lead alloy trapezoidal buckle (AD 1150-1500). The flat frame is rectangular with incurved sides. The majority of one of the loops and the pin are missing. The frame has a rounded terminal at the junction between the bar and the frame. There are similar but larger rounded projections at the outer corners and a triangular projection at the pin rest. There are two incised lines along the outer edge, one horizontal, extending from each side, and one vertical along the pin rest. A Medieval copper alloy folding strap clasp (late 13th-early 15th century). The frame is rectangular and flat and originally had a folded sheet plate and folding end, however these are missing. The sides of the frame have a rectangular cross-section and they are moulded to have a slightly waisted mid-point and curved ends, with two transverse ridges near each end.
