Copper alloy buckle plate. Single sheet of cast copper alloy. Bent out of shape and incomplete. At the proximal end is a central, rounded notchwhere the pin and bar of the missing buckle would heve been. Flanking it are two seperate, circular rivets for attaching the plate to the belt. There are possible traces of a third rivet hole in the middle of the damaged distal end. The front of the plate is decorated with a geometric pattern of incised lines. Probable copper alloy sword belt fitting. Drop-shaped, convex fronted, central plate with bevelled sides. At one end (the point of the drop)below a transverse collar, is a backwards, circular sectioned hook. At the other end, also beyond a transverse collar is a broken pierced lug for attachment to a belt together with the lower integral rivet (see below). The lug is curved at the end and the hole is circular. The back is slightly hollowed and undecorated. At the back, above the start of the hook, is a snigle, circular attachment rivet. Probably late 16th to 17th century.

A worn copper-alloy coin weight of the Catholic monarchs Ferdinand and Isabella of 'Spain' (1469-1504). Rectangular, biface. Withers (1995, 30-31) notes that such weights were widely used in northern Europe and could date to over a century later than the coins they were testing. The weight possibly related to a gold excelente.
