Foot terminal of Linch Pin, made of bronze, and result of a one piece casting. It is a Kirkburn type and dates from the late Iron Age period 1st century B.C-1st century AD. The terminal face shows a small amount of remaining evidence of enamelling.The decoration consists of two offset circular motifs set in the upper central face of the terminal,the enamelled circle sits inside the outer raised bronze circle again in an offset style.The pin socket is square sectioned and graduates down to a point internally toward the neck of the terminal.

Copper alloy norse clapper bell. The bell is conical in shape, with a collared apex and terminating in a sub-rectangular suspension loop. The sides of the bell are divided into six evenly spaced faceted faces. Each face is decorated with three incised dot-in-ring motifs arranged in a pyramid fashion. Traces of iron corrosion are present inside the bell, presumably from the iron clapper.

A worn copper-alloy Bronze Age awl, measuring 59mm in length, 7mm in width at its widest point and 5.2mm thick. It is roughly oval in cross-section. One end of this awl tapers to a point and the other is chisel shaped, but incomplete due to wear and an old break. Small patches of pale green bronze disease/active corrosion can be seen on both faces of the awl. Bronze Age awls of this date have been found at Freckenham, Westerfield and Hitcham, Suffolk, and Fordham, Cambridgeshire.

A complete copper-alloy early Anglo-Saxon small-long brooch in very good condition, measuring 70.4mm in length. The head has a central rectangular panel, slightly raised, and three integral flat crescent-shaped projecting knobs, a top knob and two side knobs. These knobs are decorated near to their outer edges with a row of small crescent-shaped stamps. The total width of the head is 38mm.

A complete copper-alloy coin weight. Roughly circular in shape measuring 15mm in diameter. On one face of the weight there is a spade shaped shield with three fleur de lis within it and the letters 'F' 'E' either side of the shield, there is a border near to the edge of the weight. The other face is blank. This weight is proably a Ecu, a representational weight of circa 1500 (Biggs 1992, 26-27).

A complete copper-alloy buckle frame. This buckle frame is oval in shape and measures 20 by 21mm in size. The outer edge is ornate and has three oval shaped projecting knops, the outer two have cross-hatched incisions on them and the central one has a transverse groove, probably to act as a pin rest. The bar is offset and narrowed. The front face is slightly convex and the back face is flat. This buckle is medieval in date.

An incomplete copper-alloy rectangular double looped buckle frame. Roughly half of this buckle frame survives and it is 23mm by 21mm in size. The outer edge of the surviving loop has a central rectangular shaped projection with a transverse central groove, this was probably the pin rest for the now missing pin. This buckle is most likely to be medieval or early post-medieval in date.

Lead alloy rectangular buckle frame with separate bar, iron chape and rounded corners. Shoe buckle. The frame is thickened in the middle of two sides to house the ends of the drilled bar. The frame is curved backwards. The front of the frame has cast decoration of geometric design (raised six-pointed stars with lozenges and stylised leaf/feather elements between. The back is undecorated. The chape is incomplete and heavily corroded.

A copper-alloy oval shaped buckle frame measuring 24mm in length and 17mm in width. The outer edge of this buckle frame is expanded and slightly angled. It is decorated with a boarder of zig-zags, which are now worn. The bar is offset and narrowed and incomplete due to an old break. It is rectangular in cross-section. This buckle is similar to examples found in London and is medieval in date (Egan and Pritchard 70, fig 42).

Copper alloy double looped oval buckle frame with integral centre bar (figure of eight). The bar is narrowed and off-set from the frame. The front of the frame has chamfered edges. There is a pin notch and some transverse incised lines at one end of the buckle. The back is flat. The frame appears to have been covered in black laquer.
