Iron Age coin, a silver unit of the Western (Dobunni) group. There is no visible inscription. It is similar to the following types; Van Arsdell - VA1110.01, Mack Type 389, Ancient British Coins - ABC 2081; Van Arsdell - VA1082.01, Mack Type 387. The obverse depicts a stylised bust facing right,and the reverse depicts a stylised horse moving left. Probably dates to between c15 BC and c40 AD.
The diameter is 13mm, and it weighs 0.85g.
