A cast lead vessel mend of uncertain date. It is oval shaped in form with uneven concave surfaces that are separated by a rectangular constriction where the vessel wall and mend would have met. There are traces of fired coarse ware ceramic in the constriction, but its date or form is uncertain due to the small amount preserved. It measures 24.57mm in length, 20.27mm in width, 8.38mm in thickness, and 15.83g in weight. This is a cast lead vessel mend that could date to any point from the Roman period onwards.
