The outer face of the head has short, flat wings to either side, their outer faces decorated with three transverse grooves producing a stepped effect. Longitudinally across the reverse of the head there is a narrow cylinder with a slot in the centre to hold the pin and axis bar. A copper alloy pin remains in situ formed from a strip of wire, its bent head passed through the axis bar with its end folded back on itself in a small spiral. Its head is an expanded trumpet shape, its outer face decorated with an oval recess to either side and one in the centre, all three containing traces of blue enamel. This appears to have been part of a more elaborate pattern originally, which has been obscured by corrosion. The reverse of the head is flat and a single pierced lug projects from the centre. An incomplete cast copper-alloy Roman bell, dating to AD 43-410. It is pyramidal in shape with a rectangular cross-section. The bell tapers upwards ending with an integrally cast sub-lozenge-shaped suspension lug, which is pierced with a circular hole. The open base of the bell has an outwards protruding knop at each corner. The inner surface the apex of the bell bears traces of the iron clapper, now largely missing. One corner of the base is slightly misshaped. The bell has a slightly pitted surface and mid-green patina.

A longitudinal groove runs down the centre of one face. At the upper end there is a moulded handle culminating in a flat circular suspension loop. The handle moulding consists of a spool shape at its lower end with a bead flanked by a narrow collar to either end above. The surface of the metal is heavily corroded and it has been slightly bent out of shape in profile.

A fragment from a copper alloy Roman probable rear-hook Colchester derivative brooch. Only a small section of the upper bow survives. This is oval in cross-section and its outer face is decorated with a central longitudinal groove. There is a break on the top of the head, which may be where a rear-facing hook was situated originally to accommodate the sprung pin fitting. Both wings are missing and there is an abrupt break across the lower end of the bow.
Colchester derivative brooches with this style of pin fitting were in use from around the time of the Conquest until c.70 AD.

An incomplete copper alloy Roman Colchester derivative brooch. Each wing of the head is long with a rounded tip. The reverse of the head is concave to accommodate a spring, but there is no obvious means of pin attachment apart from a slight transverse groove in the centre. An incomplete copper-alloy basal-looped spearhead of the Middle Bronze Age, dating to 1500 BC -1150 BC. The blade has a flame shape in plan and a lozenge-shaped cross-section, with a slightly rounded mid-rib ridge extending to the its tip. There is only one oval loop surviving out of the two which are incorporated into the base of the blade, one either side of the central rib. The mid-rib extends and expands to form the hollow circular-sectioned socket. Both edges of the blade are moderately worn and the surfaces are pitted.

Copper alloy late Iron Age to early Roman linch pin terminal, dating to 100 BC -AD 100. It is a cast disc which has a tapering oval cross-sectioned protrusion on its back. The front face of the disc is decorated with a raised edge, followed by a circular groove and a further raised circle. The centre of the circle is quartered in two opposite solid angles and two opposite sunken cells, which might have housed enamel inlaid. The object is moderate worn.

A fragment of a copper alloy Roman strip bracelet decorated with multiple motifs. It has a narrow rectangular cross-section and is slightly curved in profile. The outer face is divided into three wide sections by raised transverse lines. The central section is decorated with two longitudinal lines of four incised dots, one outer section has a small triangular notch removed from each corner and the other outer section appears undecorated, but there is corrosion present on its surface. A complete copper alloy Roman miniature votive axe. The object consists of a flattened rectangular blade and a circular cross-section shaft extending from one end of this at a right-angle. An incised line encircles the lower end of the shaft. One face of the blade is decorated with an incised transverse line across the outer end with an incised diagonal line ajoining it to the rear.
