This is an irregular copy of a siliqua with copper-alloy core, plated surfaces and irregular types. Reverse: The legend VOTIS/XXX/MVLTIS/XXXX (letter V's inverted) within a wreath. For reverse type, see RIC VIII, p. 223, nos. 253-4 Plated copies of siliquae or not uncommon, and it is also not uncommon for forgers to combine types of different emperors. This is a fine example.
