A gold penannular ring of late Bronze Age date. This ring weighs 4.76g. The ring has an external diameter of 14.9mm x 14.0mm and thickness of 5.4mm. The gap between the two terminals is 2.2mm and the central area has a diameter of 6.0mm x c.5.7mm. The metal which forms the loop has an oval cross-section. The width of the cross-section is the thickness of the ring and the cross-section's height is 4.1mm. Wavey striations decorate the surface of this penannular ring. A gold slightly bent mourning finger-ring of c.16th century AD date. A white enamel skull was present at the centre of the upper surface of the ring with white and green enamel detail on the shoulders of the ring. Most of the enamel from all of the enamelled fields has fallen out since the ring was discovered however slight traces do still remain.
