A complete bone probable weaving implement. It is 95.96mm in length, c10.99mm in width and 6.94mm thick. Both terminals are rounded/blunt and the whole object has been polished smooth. The slightly wider rounded end (11.36mm in width) has a central circular perforation, measuring 4.92mm in diameter. The terminal end tapers slightly and is 8.21mm in width at its tip. No exact parallel could be found for this probable weaving implement, however, it could date from the Anglo-Saxon period onwards. It is most likely to have been used for weaving owing to its blunt rounded terminal.

Unidentified object made from the horn core of a sheep or goat. 25 mm from the tip is a neatly drilled 4 mm diameter hole, off-centre through the solid bone. At about 40 mm from the tip, the concave edge of the horn core has been cut away to make the triangular section more nearly circular; this cutaway panel is 38 mm long. 20 mm from the wider butt end, just after the horn core becomes hollow, an oval perforation starts on one side; this seems to have been 10 mm long but most of the other end is missing. A worked bone unidentified object, rectangular in shape with a length of 72mm and width of 12mm. One face of this object has a row of cross shaped grooves along it, the crosses become larger as the bone flares outwards. At the widest end, after the largest cross shape there is a semi-circular depression, resembling a socket of some kind with circumference grooves within it. It measures 8mm in diameter and 5mm in depth. This object may possibly be the arm of a doll, or a handle of some kind, and is likely to be late Medieval or Post medieval in date. No parallel could be found.

Unidentified object made from bone, ivory or antler, with ring-and-dot decoration. It is biconvex in cross-section, with one face being slightly more curved than the other. One end is basically rectangular, 32.5 x 27 mm, and each long side of this rectangle has a central V-shaped cut-out flanked by semi-circular cut-outs. Each face is decorated with 19-20 unevenly spaced ring-and-dot motifs. Unidentified object, perhaps a pendant, made from bone, antler or walrus ivory (it is not elephant ivory). The pendant is openwork and composed of elegant curves. In the centre is an S shape, tapering slightly at the bottom and more strongly at the top. At the bottom the S ends in a crescentic 'tail'; at the top is a circular disc, perhaps a head, with a large central circular groove which may represent an eye. A bone spoon dating to the first or second centuries AD. It has a small circular bowl with concave centre and flattened outer edges, one side of which appears to have suffered from damage and possible burning(?) either pre- or post-deposition. At one side of the bowl is the integral handle, which extends the full diameter of the underside of the bowl in the form of a pointed and tapering ridge. Bone point made from the proximal half of the right metatarsal (hind leg bone) of an adult bovid (i.e. a cow, bull etc). The bone has been split about halfway down the shaft (diaphysis) and shaped into a point. There are clear signs of cutting and scraping of the bone to shape it on all sides, and the front has been cut at a sharper angle to form the point. The pointed end has acquired a gloss, probably through a combination of handling and use. An incomplete worked bone probable handle, possibly from a knife. Measuring 55.26mm in length and 13.10mm in width, the back face is flat and the front face rounded. The bone is hollow and the front face has been decorated with groups of transverse grooves, four grooves with diagonal grooves cutting them can be seen at the complete terminal end, four longer transverse groooves with four shorter ones to either side can be seen in the centre of the handle and the remains of another four can be seen at the incomplete terminal (due to old breaks). A fragment from near the tip of a polished bone dagger similar to other Suffolk examples, see Beck Row, SMR reference number MNL 145, Worlington, reference number WGN 008. This and previous examples are most likely to be Bronze Age in date. This fragment consits of a split and sharpened bone with part of the circular marrow core surviving. A fragment of an antler, incomplete due to old breaks at both ends. It measures 72mm in length and 28mm in width with a thickness of 14mm. This antler fragment does not appear to have been worked and is likely to just be a stray loss, however, it could be a by product of antler working, or have been lost before it was worked. Therefore it is recorded in case any other antler fragments worked or otherwise are found on this site in the future.
