An incomplete copper-alloy Roman miniature goat figurine. The animal is depicted with a short tail, long, wavy hair flowing to either side of the body, a long neck and two long, straight, pointed horns. Some details such as they eyes and hair are outlined with gooves. Each pair of legs is joined and there is a small amount damage to the rear legs with the outer tip of each one missing. An incomplete copper-alloy enamelled Roman seal box. The majority of both lid and base sections survive still attached to one another. It is an inverted 'leaf' or 'tear-drop' shape with a small projections to either side of the narrower end on both halves.
