An incomplete Iron Age copper-alloy linch pin dating to circa 200-BC-AD 43. The surviving element consists of the terminal of the linch pin. The terminal is crescentic with straight edges. The main body is missing, with the terminal edge having an old and worn break. The front face of the terminal is recessed following the shape of the crescentic edges and holds red enamel. In the centre is a circular recess surrounded by a copper-alloy border. The recess would have contained blue enamel but none survives. The rear is plain.

An incomplete copper-alloy Roman Colchester derivative rear-hook brooch. The head is semi-cylindrical in shape with a rounded outer face and concave reverse where the missing pin fitting would have been secured originally. The stub of a rear-facing hook projects from the centre of the upper edge of the head. The majority of each wing is missing. The bow is D-shaped in cross-section, curved in profile and its lower tip is missing. A fragment of a copper-alloy early Roman bracelet (armillae). It consists of a section from the terminal of a wide, strip-like bracelet. The outer face of the terminal is decorated with several criss-crossing double lines of small incised nicks. The breaks are heavily corroded.
This belongs to Crummy's (2005) Group A, indicating a first century AD date.

An incomplete clipped Roman silver siliqua possibly of the House of Theodosius (AD 378-402) dating to AD 395-402 (Reece Period 21). VIRTVS ROMANORVM reverse type depicting Roma seated left on cuirass holding Victory on globe and vertical spear. Possibly Mint of Milan. RIC X, p. 321, cf. nos. 1227-8. This is a tentative identification, and it is possible the coin is a slightly earlier issue from Trier..It is also possible that the coins is a contemporary copy.
