Possibly a post medieval or modern (1700-1900AD) cast pewter whistle. The artefact is is tubular with an oval cross section. The internal space divided in two; the main tube is circular, with an internal diameter of 9.22mm, with the upper tube being sub-triangular, measuring 4.88mm wide, 2.56mm high. This upper tube is now filled with soil. It tapers slightly towards one end (possibly the mouth piece), which has a worn break across it. A Post Medieval copper alloy weight, dating AD1714-1820. The weight is circular in shape with a circular recess on one side forming a raised rim. The sides taper slightly to the base. On the front of the object there is a central small depression with a circular engraved line surrounding it, indicating the design was produced using a compass. There are four stamps on the object: The sword (city of London), the ewer (the company of Founders), a capital A (follwoing the "averdupois" measurement system) and a crowned G (George I-III, AD 1714-1820). Medieval vessel sherd. The sherd has grog and mica inclusions. It is part of the neck and shoulder of a vessel. The outer wall is decorated with a groove at the top of the shoulder, with a row of semi-circular indentations below. The breaks are worn. The sherd weighs 17.78 grams. The neck is 6.74mm thick, and the body wall is 6.54mm thick.

Fragment of wheel thrown slightly sandy shelly ware dating from late Early Medieval (Anglo-Saxon) to early Medieval, circa 850 to 1200AD. The fabric is tempered with shell and small dispursed flint inclusions. The core is grey, and the external surfaces are reddish-brown. It it part of the shoulder of a vessel, with part of the wall being straight, before expanding outwards giving the sherd a convex profile. The fragment measures 62.08mm by 39.46mm, is 5.90mm thick and weighs 21.13 grams.

Seven sherds of Post Medieval wheel thrown pottery.
Five sherds are made from a sandy fabric with mica inclusions and very sparce shell inclusions. There are specks of green glaze glaze on both the inner and outer surfaces of the sherds. The sherds weigh 280 grams. Although these are of similar fabrics, they appear to be from different vessels.
