an incomplete copper alloy object, of unknown date and function. It is approximately triangular in shape, with two surfaces intact and the third incomplete. There is a rounded edge between the two surfaces and one terminal comes to a point. The opposite terminal is 10mm wide and is incomplete, but has a central groove 4mm wide, suggesting another component to the object, now missing. The object measures 28.53mm in length and weighs 6.02g

A near complete cast copper alloy awl of uncertain date. The object is complete with the exception of the very tip of the bottom end that is missing due to old breaks. The awl is square in section but tapers towards a flattened point at its base that is rectangular in section. At the top of the awl the shaft has been slightly flattened on the upper and lower surfaces so that it expands horizontally.
