An incomplete silver Late Medieval Spanish half real of Ferdinand II and Isabella, dating to AD 1469-1504. Reverse type depicting arrows tied with a ribbon and yoke of Isabella; aqueduct of Segovia and letter D as mintmark in the field. Obverse depicting Ferdinand II's arms - quartered arms of a Castille (a castle) and Leon (a lion), quartered with Aragon's arms (stripes of gold & red) and Sicily (quartered on the diagonal arms of Aragon with the Sicilian black eagle). At the base of the shield is a pomegranite of Granada. Mint of Segovia.
