Two body sherds from very abraded handmade vessels with worn surfaces and some burning in places. They have a coarse fabric with gritty inclusions and some clay pellets, as well as possible organic material in one of the sherds. They have a combined total weight of 36.70g. The precise date of these sherds remains uncertain. It is possible thay are of later Iron Age date, however an Early Anglo-Saxon or even Medieval date cannot be ruled out entirely due to the abraded nature of the sherds.
