An incomplete cast copper-alloy socketed axe of late Bronze Age date. Only a small fragment of the socket end survives. This is roughly sub-rectangular in plan with breaks around three sides and part of the outer edge of the socket surviving on the fourth edge. At the socket end the exterior has a thickened rim beneath which is a prominent transverse ridge. An incomplete copper-alloy socked axehead of late Bronze Age date. This is a fragment of the mouth of the axehead. Two sections of the body positioned at an abrupt right-angle to one another survive, each with a rough break around its outer edge. There is a raised rim around the outer face of the mouth and a raised parallel ridge behind this. Thin raised lines also run longitudinally along the centre of each outer face. A fragment of a copper-alloy late Bronze Age socketed axehead. Only the blade end and a small amount of the socket survive. The blade curves gently outwards while its sides curve inwards slightly towards the butt end. The break across the inner end is irregular and well worn. A rectangular indentation in the centre of the break represents all that is left of the inner part of the original socket. The surface of the metal is corroded in places. The surviving element consists of the socket mouth underneath which is a prominent transverse ridge with a small transverse ridge positioned underneath. The face turns at a right angle into the edge.
