Copper alloy brooch fragment, simple sprung Rosette type. Upper bow plate and spring cover with spring fragments only. Corroded. No visible decoration on spring cover but surface pitted. Incomplete circular plate has a central rivet hole (to attach decorated applique). Surviving width 29mm, surviving length 32mm. Type as Crummy 1983 Fig 3 no 17, Hull type 27.

Copper alloy late Iron Age brooch fragment, Birdlip type (also called beaked bow). Missing spring, pin and lower bow including most of the catchplate. Large trumpet head with a central low relief teardrop shaped moulding and prominent partial hemispherical mouldings on each side. At the base of the trumpet a strong triple transverse moulding, extending as a single rib around the back and flanked at the front by single lower ribs.
