Romano-British, copper alloy handle in the form of Minerva, probably 1st century AD. Possibly the handle to a wax spatula or similar implement, the figure is recognisable as Minerva due to a number of attributes. She is fully draped and wears a crested helmet. Her left arm is by her side and would have rested on a shield, which is missing, whilst her right arm is raised and would have held a spear, also missing. Incomplete 16th Century copper alloy sword belt fitting. This fitting would have originally had three hooked fittings attached to the main mount plate, but only one survives in this instance. The mount plate is 70.18mm long, 28.28mm wide (to the bottom of the suspension loops) and 2.24mm thick. Cast in one piece, the mount plate is barely convex, thus with a semicircular section, and is shaped into a trifoliate design at either end, with the side opposite the suspension, loops shaped into three peaks for decorative effect. Cast copper alloy Early Medieval stirrup mount, Williams' Class A, no type. The mount is lozenged shaped, with two knops to either side. It is 53.62mm long, 31.28mm at its widest point, 3.46mm thick and weighs 25.03g. The apex loop is complete, subcircular and 15mm long. The upper surface would have been smooth, but is now fairly abraded. It is decorated with a crude design of an incised line that follows the sides of the mount, with a central, incised, diagonal cross. There are no traces of inlay. 2nd to 3rd century copper alloy Roman brooch. Hattatt describes this brooch as an oval brooch with intaglio, though the intaglio is missing from this example. The brooch is oval in plan, with a length of 26.24mm and a width of 21.01mm. It has a moulded, raised outer rim, 2mm wide, and a moulded raised inner oval rim, within which the missing intaglio would have been fixed. The inner oval rim is 4mm from the outer edge, is 2.08mm thick and has an internal length of 10.84mm and an internal width of 7.42mm. GD. G. FRA. ET. NAV: REX The reverse shows the crowned shield of France, with three lis. The legend reads CORNELI.LAVFFERS.RECHEN.PFENING. The jetton has a diameter of 28.48mm and weighs 3.42g. It is a variant of Mitchener 1773.

Incomplete Neolithic polished and chipped flint axehead. This axe is sub-rectangular in plan with a curved end and sub oval in section. It has a surviving length of 880mm, a width of 510mm, is 26.04mm thick and weighs 127.41g.It has been snapped at its hafted end, either deliberately or by accident. Both faces of the axe are polished smooth. There are two significant chips in the axe to either side of the broken point, and one chip on one surface of the axe, again originating from the broken end.
